In Thailand, this traditional massage (Nuad Bo’rarn) is performed in hospital for its recognized therapeutic virtues. A kind of « yoga for two » created with hands, elbows, knees and feet, it combines stretching, mobilization, compression and percussion on the « energy lines » of the body. Sometimes acrobatic, even quite physical, it aims to rebalance body functions (sleep, digestion, circulation …) and to relax muscles and joints, while soothing the mind in depth!
